1/ HOW DOES THE BOOKING WORK?

First, I’d love for you to introduce yourselves and share a few details about your upcoming wedding, such as the date and location. Once I confirm that your desired date is available, we can arrange a video call to get to know each other better, if you’d like.

2/ WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

After the video call, if you're ready to move forward with the booking, I’ll collect your information to prepare the quotation/invoice and agreements for you to review thoroughly. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Once the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed.

3/ HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

You can make the payment via Swish or bank transfer. I'll send all the details by email. The remaining balance is kindly due one day after the event.

4/ HOW LONG DOES THE EDITING PROCESS?

Your edited images will be delivered within one to five weeks, depending on workload. They’ll be shared with you via a private online gallery, accessible through a link sent to your email. The images are yours to cherish, ready to download and share with your loved ones and wedding guests.

5/ DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE TRAVEL EXPENSES?

Yes, for weddings held outside Stockholm City and Haninge Municipality, the client is responsible for covering transportation costs for two people. This includes travel to and from the Stockholm Archipelago, with transport arrangements to be provided by the client (e.g., a Taxi or a provided ride). For events with after-parties ending between 21:00 and 24:00, the client must provide either a taxi or a one-night hotel stay near the venue, as public transportation may be unavailable during these hours.

6/ CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE PRICES?

I understand that every couple is unique. If my existing packages don’t quite fit your needs, I’m happy to be flexible, whether that means adding extra hours or customizing the coverage to suit your day. Please note that any adjustments may affect the final price, as additional hourly rates will apply.

7/ DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE MEALS FOR YOU?


Yes, for wedding events lasting six hours or more, the client is kindly requested to provide a meal (lunch, dinner, or both, depending on the event schedule) for two people, the photographer, and an assistant. While there are no strict dietary restrictions, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are appreciated if available.

8/ WHAT IF IT A BAD WEATHER?


We can always prepare a backup plan in case of bad weather to ensure your special day goes smoothly. Whether it's finding an indoor location or seeking shelter under a roof, umbrellas can also add a touch of charm and serve as a practical solution if it’s raining. Rest assured, I'll make sure your photos turn out beautifully, rain or shine.
